About this listen

Brought to you by Penguin.

Join Joe Sugg, our favourite YouTube star, on a journey to discover the healing powers of nature in a noisy digital world.

Having grown-up in the rise of the digital age and as one of the UKs biggest TV and online stars, Joe knows better than anyone how it feels to be overwhelmed by the world wide web and its endless stream of content. Experiencing feelings of anxiety and burnout, Joe has come up with his very own creative and practical ways to let nature in, that are accessible no matter where in the world you live, from the city to the seaside.

Joe's natural storytelling abilities will immerse us in a truly restorative story that shows ways to balance our time online with the outdoors, and grow happier, heathier and calmer by doing so. Alongside Joe's practical tips are his personal stories of his journey to happiness.

Joe sows the seeds that will help make the most of the incredible positive impacts nature can have on our mental and physical wellbeing, and that make it possible to live in harmony with the power of technology.

Really enjoyable!

Fantastic listen! I loved it!
I’ve always been a fan of Joe Sugg so I was really keen to listen to this book.
I was really impressed and found it extremely helpful in which I’ll be taking his tips on board.

Only negative is it’s quite short and I felt I could of kept on listening for hours. However that just means I need to listen to it all again from the start!
Definitely worth a listen or read!

Definitely help me grow (and not a just for the green fingered)

So I thought this Would be about gardening so was a bit worried about downloading but as I have enjoy Joe sugg on his YouTube days and on strictly come dancing's I wanted to down load it well to my suprise it's not about being green fingers and all that jazz it has some bits about nature and has already encouraged me to get out side and off the phone and felt my mood definitely left

We never really think about our daily habits effect us and making this change so small can help we went out side and I remembered Pooh sticks and the fun I used to have and instead of spending money we went looking for conkers and had so much fun.

Definitely worth a listen and remember you don't have to wait for a new year to break a habit
