Peaceful Sleep Companion
The historical bits on sleep are a nice touch, though not something you'd expect in a sleep aid—but they surprisingly helped set the tone before diving into deeper relaxation. I didn’t make it through the whole 5+ hours (a good sign!), and I've started waking up feeling more rested. If you struggle to fall asleep or stay asleep, this is definitely worth a try.

Actually helped me sleep!
The narrator's voice is super calming, and the affirmations didn’t feel too cheesy or over-the-top like some others I’ve tried. I usually overthink like crazy at night, but I’ve been dozing off halfway through without even realizing it. It’s not magic, but it’s pretty close for someone who’s been struggling with sleep for ages. Definitely a solid listen if your brain doesn’t know how to shut up at night.
