A very nice bite size guide on how to take practical steps to achieve happiness
A lightly told series of instructions on how to bring more fun and happiness into your life.
I have followed the instructions and am seeing benefits.
Just need to turn these things into long lasting habits

Life changing advice
I listened to this this during the difficult days of lockdown in the pandemic when I was going for the daily exercise outside we were allowed. The advice helped me in lots of ways and, since then, I have listened to it again several times. I’m not one for self help generally but found that this advice works for me because it is practical and applicable.

Boring and Irritating
I listened to five minutes and was already bored (don’t worry I gave the whole thing a chance) and heard nothing I didn’t already know. I also find the book patronizing and the narrator arrogant. I would recommend Jen Sincero’s book series or David Goggins’ book, both of them helped me an indescribable amount.

Some really interesting and useful pointers for life
I agree with most other reviewers.
This is a solid, quite light podcast but with really useful pointers for creating a happier and healthier approach to life.
Yes, some are obvious but it’s when you put them all together and think of them in the round that you see the true worth of this.
I’m already looking at integrating some of the ideas and am determined to practice until I can really see a difference in my approach. I’m not an unhappy person but some things in this podcast really resonated with me.
Thanks Dr Happy 😀
