A good review of this fascinating subject

Although a lot of the book is about herbal remedies (as you would expect), it also acknowledges the I.portance of exercise, stress management, etc. Covers many different situations and different remedies.

So much helpful info all in one spot

This book had so much great and helpful information. I have done a little bit of reading online about different herbal remedies, but I was tired of just getting snippets of information about different things here and there. This book was a great way to finally get information about a lot of different things all in one spot. I'm excited to get started on some of these right now!
