About this listen
I’ve always known about dragons, but it’s only recently that they’ve wanted anything to do with me. Now I’m a hot commodity - and there’s only one person I trust to keep me safe. Ace will protect my body...but if he gets too close, I’m afraid he’ll steal my heart.
No dragon ever treated me so kindly, and no man ever lit me up inside like he does. He says I’m his mate, but could a playboy dragon like him really want a simple farmer like me?
Ace is determined to prove what we have is real, and to keep me from harm. But I’m still not sure why I’m in such demand. If the earth dragons trying to kidnap me need someone to carry their children, why would they choose a man?
Maybe I don’t know as much about dragons as I thought. Fated mates. Divine omegas. Babies. It might all be too much, but I’ll need to accept it all to keep Ace.

Another great addition to the series!
Slowly this series became one of my favorites in the topic of dragon’s shifters. Each book is about a divine omega finding his fated mate and his future with a dragon. However is more interesting than that involving topics around m-preg, human trafficking situations, a lot of danger and action and of course babies. Now Ace and Beau's story is entertaining and kept me at the edge of my seat the whole time. Even with the angst and drama happening throughout the book I considered it easy to read, but of course the outstanding narration of Mr Amari, his management of the characters and situations and His charismatic, nice voice helped with this a lot. Loved it!!

Enjoyed Beau and Ace ‘s story
Beau made me laugh in the beginning; he definitely kept Ace on his toes.
Ace still flirted like crazy but Beau changed him; he was caring, attentive and treated Beau like he was the most previous person in his life.
Narrator was great too.

Beau and Ace.
Beau is an Omega farmer, who was raised by his grandparents, when a Clan of Dragons want to claim him he calls Ace the playboy dragon. Ace and his brother Ten come to check things out. Ace realises that Beau is his fated mate. Will he be able to keep his mate safe? Enjoyable book

Can love redeem?
Great addition to the series.
Danger, drama and angst.
Ace was a playboy with no intentions of settling down.
That is until he met Beau.
Beau was a laugh riot and I loved how he made Ace work for their relationship.
Gabriel Amari is a new to me narrator and I was not disappointed, he did an outstanding job.

A favorite in this series
This book ties with the first one in the series for my favorite. From the first paragraph you can feel the threat closing in on Beau and the tension ratchets up from there lasting the entire book. The bad guys here are truly evil and when they explain their plan for Beau, my stomach turned over. The romance aspect was incredibly hot, I loved Beau and Ace together and the author did a wonderful job with the playboy finding his fated mate and enemies to lovers tropes. All the old friends are here and it was fun seeing how those couples are getting on as well. A series I always finish looking forward to the next episode. As always, the performance from Gabriel Amari is wonderful. The characters are brought vividly to life and you never doubt for an instant that the danger to them is real and the romance is just as real and hot.

Love the series, but not so much this story
I love this series, but I'm sorry to say this particular story was a little bland to me. Not much action until the very end, and not much forward movement on the over-arching story of dragon de-population, either. Maybe there is no ultimate resolution planned, and these are just dragon romances? Okay story, but not unique. I did enjoy the back-and-forth of Ace and Ten, and I really enjoyed seeing all the divine omegas come together and support Beau. There were some funny moments. I really had to laugh at Beau's pregnancy attitude toward Ace, and even toward the doctor. How many women have gone through that same change of emotions during labor? LOL Ace's attitude toward Beau annoyed me. He was completely arrogant and a flirt, then was all hurt when Beau treated him like someone who didn't have deep feelings and couldn't be trusted. What else would you expect...for Beau to believe Ace had changed just because he said so? Ace didn't really seem to show his devotion until near the end when he was suddenly over-the-top to track down and destroy Beau's kidnappers. So, overall, I love the series plot, but this story isn't one of my favorites.
The narration was good. Mr. Amari did a great job expressing the characters thoughts and emotions.

It was just meh and predictable for me
I just thought this one was ok. I liked the narrator, but the story was really flat and obvious and I didn't like how the entire 'relationship part' went down at all. It was too much for me that he just felt bad the other one looked sad and forgave him. Which, of course made me consider him a doormat and it spiraled from there.
