Soothing, hypnotic narration!

Finally Put My Phone Down!
My screen time was 7+ hours daily when I bought this book—mostly mindless scrolling that left me feeling awful. The soothing narration helps me fall asleep at night. Now I find myself more inclined to think about if the time I'm spending in front of my computer or looking at my phone is actually doing any good, or if it is time to unplug for the day. A nice thing about this book is that it seems to do its work while I'm sleeping, so it takes no time from my day.

Better Than a Digital Detox
