Summary
Gail Logan, a widow in her mid-fifties, has lived her life by what other people think. That has to change. Signing up for a watercolor class and thrifting a new wardrobe makes a good start. Replanting her regimented flower garden is another idea but at the garden center Abel Baker dismisses her plan and tells her what to buy. Gail is not amused.
