What was most disappointing about Linda Lafferty’s story?
The story was overly long and dull. The subject matter could have been really interesting and creepy but it was just badly written and clunky.How did the narrator detract from the book?
The narrator came across as rather stilted and at times sounded half asleep. Some of the accents were pretty shocking too.Boring!

But sadly this is one long boring drawn out performance, which makes it so easy to lose track.
The audible narration is awful, the Slovakian characters' accents grated the hell out of me. I got two thirds of the way through then gave up and it's very rare that I give up a book but this was so bad.

I did not enjoy it at all and even though I tried I could not get into it.
It was not my usual type of book to read but as the story was based on fact though it would be good but I was wrong.
I'm sure there will be many people who will find it an excellent read but not me.
