Opportunity to Deepen Connection with Yourself
I spent most of my life attempting to journal and not understanding the purpose. I am big on mental health and improving my own but I had misunderstand the practice and purpose of journaling. This book gave me insight into; the history of journaling, the neurological benefits and the the tips and techniques I could begin using. This book has already bought value into my day to day practices. I have been journaling to start to track my PMS, I hope this will help me stop me blowing hot air ones a month.
