Although a good Book with good strategies, the Mechanical sounding narrative annoyed the hell out of me, also throughout the Book marijuana is called "the weed" which in turn also annoyed me

It kind of bigs up weed and lists a load of benefits at one point (some of which are not backed up by evidence) and it's really not what you want to hear when trying to quit weed. People reading this book have an unhealthy relationship with weed, and so listing the 'health benefits' in a quitting book is kind of stupid.

The book last slightly over an hour. It's very simple but strategies to conquer addiction are in fact very powerful in their simplicity. Well, smoking pot is simple as well, lit the joint and smoke. Quitting is not as easy and you need a motivation. Some of strategies to conquer addiction in this book has also built in motivational qualities that will make you keep going when you do them. Very informative to people who thinks about quitting for a first time. You can wider your knowledge after this book but the main point is - YOU MAY NERD JUST ONE HOUR IN THE SUNDAY AFTERNOON TO START ENTIRELY NEW EXCITING POT-FREE JOURNEY. I recommend.
