Mindfully smiling

This is my first book by Thich Nhat Hanh but I’m familiar with mindfulness and conscious awareness. There wasn’t anything here I hadn’t heard before but there’s a peaceful presence that I just feel when I listen. Smiling helps to bring my awareness back to following my breath and being back in the moment.

Enjoyed the narration of this audiobook as well.
