Just a few relaxation cliches then woo woo music

This hypnosis session looks as if it lasts over an hour when it’s listed in Audible titles, so I used one of my audible credits to buy it. I’m looking for a long guided relaxation since it takes me a while to go to sleep. But this guided relaxation begins with a few cliches about taking long breaths then the voice disappears fairly quickly to be replaced by flute music. Not worth the credit in my opinion. I will try to return if.

Not worth the 1 credit

Chapter 1 is great. After that it is just music. It is relaxing but doesn't provide verbal subconscious messages or any learning to help with depression / anxiety, it's just music that is playing. I could have down loaded relaxation music for free. It seems like a waste of a monthly credit.

Not really an audio book.

Very little speech, a few mins every 3/4 of an hour or so. vast majority seems to be standard calming background music.
