Excellent performance
The story is the same old female fodder. Nice enough story. One for when you’re busy doing something else. However, the actress reading was utterly amazing. She could read a menu and make it sound full of excitement and suspense.
I would recommend this title, despite my grumbles I did enjoy it

narrater 5*
enjoyed the book but the narrator really made it come to life! At some points I felt I was on the phone to someone. amazing, sad the narrator hasn't done anything else since.

Amazing narration
The narrator was superb, really bringing the characters to life. The excellent delivery kept me engaged with the story. Although the story was good, I did find the portrayal of nurses as naive handmaidens to be misinformed and offensive at times. Other than this, it was an enjoyable listen.

Fantastic!
The first book I have read in years, and first experience of an Audio book. I was hooked! So many unexpected twists. I couldn’t wait to have time to listen each day.
So refreshing to hear a storyline inclusive of disability.
Thoroughly enjoyed and highly recommended.

you can't judge a book by its cover
The people you expect to hurt children aren't always the loud, rough ones or the whore. This book kept me guessing who the liars were all the way through. Ending in a most unexpected fashion.

Brilliant story and narration
The twists and turns of the story are so good, I was compelled to listen to it in one go. And last but not least I found the narration brilliant, it gives you the impression to really feel the emotions of the protagonists. This is quite rare to have such a good narration, well done !
