Great book for gals my age!

I'm not over 50 yet, but I am getting close :). This book is a great resource for understanding and implementing intermittent fasting. Great advice for menopausal women

I started IF a few times but failed every time. Until I got this book. I devoured it fast and I'm eager to apply the knowledge presented here. I like how everything is explained and it's easy to follow. Dealing with social situations when fasting was a challenge for me because this is one of the main reasons I failed. Meals ideas are great too, it made me more excited about implementing new delicious foods. Yes, over 50 doesn't mean inevitable weight gain and can be the start of a new healthy stage of your life!
