Definitely worth the listen

Amazing and insightful to listen. I will be listening to it again and again. There's so much useful information in this for anyone that has suffered from any kind of issues with food. This book has given me hope that there may be a way out. This book has shifted my perspective on food, on eating, and on accepting myself in all areas of my life even outside of eating.

Quick, simple, and direct!

Anyone who is serious about learning how to listen to their bodies and find solutions to avoid overeating should read this book, in my opinion. Excellent advice that is so easy to implement. I intend to put my new eating strategy into practice. A fantastic book with a fantastic narrator.

Pretty good

I loved their warm, understanding, and helpful approach. I feel I was understood and now have the tools. I took my time and started implementing their techniques and felt great. I feel very blessed to have found this book. Thank you Molly Cruise.

Stunning and compelling audiobook!

The food police and guilt-free, satisfying eating are encouraged in this book. It speaks of a contented connection with eating. Having said that, I'll also add that I liked listening. I'm grateful to this book for permanently altering my eating habits.

Learn to relax and enjoy meals.

For the majority of my adult life, I've struggled with diets. It only makes sense for all of us to have positive relationships with food. The issue is not with food; rather, it is with our problems, which must be resolved first. I want everyone to read this book. I heartily endorse this book.

The audiobook simply tells about emotional eating.

I'm incredibly appreciative of what I've learned. This completely altered how I thought about food for me. I can already envision how I'll approach diet and self-care going forward! I would strongly advise it to anyone who spends a lot of time and thought into their food choices, has tried diets, or has issues with their weight and body image.

This is a great inspirational audiobook

This book is highly recommended. I’ve listened to and many different diet programs and this one was the best of the best. This audiobook so immensely educational not all of it may apply to you but you will definitely get something out of it and you will definitely learn a few things about food and our relationship with it.

Very helpful and useful audio.

Highly recommended. It has great tips to really enjoy food and live a healthy life. These most genuine people come along and give us good, healthy reasons to listen, and have a greater, healthier view of food that nourishes us, without punishment. Great narration as well.
