Not what the title suggests!

This has to be one of the most disappointing buys I've had recently. The book has little of nothing to do with wealth management or investing. It is basically 4 people trying to sell you more of there own books as there "isn't enough time" to go through everything. The worst part of this book is that on real estate. The advice is dangerous and based on no actual facts and figures! The author basically says buy anything you can as soon as you can and flip it. In the current marketplace there still are ways to make money from real estate but flipping isn't one of these ways.

Other authors are basically massaging the readers ego and telling them that they can do anything they want once they have belief, have a "dream team" and have drive. These are all very nice but certainly won't give you the basic knowledge you need to comfortably invest in anything. Everyone wants multiple sources of income, the book talks about it but gives no idea of how to obtain it. They repeat it over and over again... yet it rarely touches on bonds, common stocks, securities etc..

If you are looking for a book on real estate and want practical advice on how to approach the topic, look at " The Real book of Real estate" by Kiosaki for large scales land developments or "The millionaire Real Estate Investor" by Gary Keller for buying, renting and smaller scale developments. At least with this book it has a download with tables and charts to help you understand. If you want a book on investing look for the "intelligent Investor" by Graham to get you going.

Steer clear of this book unless you like listening to people talking about their own personal successes without actual insights to what happen. If you like pep talks however... you'll love it.

Pointless Snake Oil

What would have made Investing & Wealth Management better?

This is a typical American Motivational book. This book is actually a set people who cover different things putting together their speeches. Come up with a new idea would make this book worth while, even if it's just one idea.

Good mateyoal for personal development!

Greetings from UK ! I feel obligated to write a positive review as I've read few negative ones.
-So if this "cd" is for you depends on how far on personal growth you are. For me it started with "total money make over" ->millionaire next door->millionaire mind , and apart from Brian Tracey this is next. I enjoyed material very much. Especialy Brian Tracey's live speech ( reading his books I'm amazed how good his seminars were, I wish I could attend one because that energy Was enormous...)
Now few chapters I skipped like how to avoid "IRS" taxes -it's probably recorded around year 2002 so even for Americans it's too old. There is also one girl giving a "speech" but you can clearly hear that she is reading it. She sometimes even choke and re-read sentences.
Apart from that if you are beginner like me ( I'm thinking about investment etc., trying to get over my low self esteem , trying to set my mind for wellness, for good well-being, trying to become financially independent, open my mind for business, trying to find out what I'm good at etc.) This book is for you.
But if you are already mamy stages ahead of me
-like you know what you want from life, your goals are strictly set, you've got your own business, you have savings , good insurance ( disability insurance - not live insurance, ) if you doing affirmations and working on yourself, this book will be like "first grade maths book" to high school student. ...
