Summary
When an overweight woman who's hidden from romance discovers a handsome doctor is in love with her, will she finally risk her heart?
Ellyn - chef, cafe owner, and lover of butter - is hiding something behind her extra weight. While she sees the good in others, she has only condemnation for herself. So when a handsome widower claims he's attracted to Ellyn, she's certain there's something wrong with him.
Sabina - tall, slender, and exotic - left her husband, young adult daughters, and a thriving counseling practice to spend a year in Northern California where she says she's come to heal. But it seems to Ellyn that Sabina's doing more hiding than healing. Why?
Twila has come out of hiding and is working to gain back the pounds she lost when her only goal was to disappear. When her eating disorder is triggered again, she's tempted to go back into hiding.
As these women's lives intertwine, will they dare to come out of hiding?
Ginny L. Yttrup is an award-winning author whose novels explore the issues everyday women face.

"Writers and readers alike have been singing the praises of Ginny L. Yttrup since her debut novel, Words. Now I understand what all the excitement is about! Healing and hope can be found among these pages - not only for each character, but for the reader as well." (Liz Curtis Higgs, New York Times best-selling author)
"Yttrup is a luminous writing star on the Christian fiction horizon. Her words inspire my spirit and grip my consciousness like few others do. Invisible is an inspiring and riveting story of a woman who learns her dress size does not rule out romantic love. You will be encouraged, entertained, and energized by this message." (Marilyn Meberg, speaker with Women of Faith, and author of Constantly Craving)

Importance of faith!
This book is one of hope and faith. With 3 women and 1 man, we have several points of view that all lead us together. Ellyn is overweight and has severe confidence issues. When Miles, her retired general practitioner takes an interest in her, life begins to ask her questions. Twila has an eating disorder and when things begin to revert backwards, she is now looking for answers. And Sabina has some issues that come to light as she is counseling Ellyn and Sabina. What all four of these people have in common is their faith. As times get tough, and they need a place to turn, it is evident that God is the key to help them. It's a story of hope, love and healing. Told from the 4 points of view, and a quote from Augustine taking us into each chapter, we are able to take their journeys as they meet each other, find their way and hope to find their happiness.
Leonor A Woodworth brings all the emotions to this listen. Each voice is distinctive and easy to follow. I loved how she is able to switch it up, sounding older and younger for the women, and making the listen really enjoyable.
