From knowing a limited amount of information to where i am now after this audible, im amazed. Who would have thought certain veggies have different numbers such as calories or kicks you out of keto ranges. Theres great wisdom and advice on how to do the right grocery shopping, which foods cause inflammation or which ones turn into glucose. I needed help for portion control, but i was good for using skinless chicken. But if your looking to expand your knowledge, or how to prepare your meals over the next 31 days this is a great audible. I don't know how the narrator does it, but its very positive and energetic for a health book, really awesome. You'll love to hear him say "Its Full of Flavor".
