Summary

She's the only sister in a family of alpha males. Loved, treasured, and sheltered by her brothers, Kat McClain is working to heal the pain of a failed marriage to a man she loved from her teenage years and move on with her life, but she's a woman, she has needs, and she is understandably lonely.

Tommy Kirby has protected her brother since he was barely a man and has been a silent staple in the McClain family for just as long. He loves his job and his life, is loyal to his employer, but more than anything, he wants a family of his own.

Perhaps these two are exactly what the other desires.

Contains mature themes.

A nice short interval!

Although short, this is a great story and addition to the series! It was almost over too soon. Now to book 4…

LOVED IT, BUT WAY TOO SHORT!

Loved this installment of the McClain family, but this book is waaaaay too short!! But, saying that, the story didn't feel rushed as we got a little bit of it during book 3. Uncle Lechester strikes again with his relationship advice, however, what almost had me spitting out my drink laughing was the 'goat vs. Flavour Flav' dilemma 🤣🤣🤣

another good one

I always enjoy Alexandria's books. We get drama, some angst, lots of really hot spice and sweet romance too.
This time we have a very short story about the McClain sister this time around. We got a glimpse of it at the end of another book and now we get the full story (even if a bit too short).
The narration of the audio book was amazingly good. Love 💖love 💖 love 💖 Jakobi Diem 's voice, without fail he makes me swoon. Adenrele Ojo is also amazingly good.
