I often enjoy stories where I can relate to something the main character is going through, but that was not the case here. I could not relate to what Cali was going through, but it happened to be just what I needed to listen to.... something so far from my every day life that I could forget everything else. I was very entertained by Cali's first attempts at dating using Tinder and I loved her friendship with Annie. There were some brilliant characters in this story, but unfortunately the narrator bugged me at times. Especially her voice for Annie was very strange, but her voice for Cali was quite nice.
The story was crazy, with a funny bird and with some twists and smaller stories, like Annie's relationship being in question and Cali's boss, but overall it was just a lot of fun to listen to and definitely a story where I have no desire to be living the life of the main character!

As a happily married woman this listen gave me a small peek into people who use the Tinder dating app. This book was good and I enjoyed it. I didnt like the crassness of sex though but each too their own.

It was a free listen on the 'Plus Catalogue' and I am happy that i did as Nicola May is a good author.
i am used to Penny Andrews narrating, she did a good job. Yes i do recommend this listen as the story is great.

overall it is a good funny & romantic story & good to listen to but has alot of swear words so best not to play it out loud 🙈

Very shallow story the main character is plain stupid. In what world would you upload pictures of yourself showing your ‘nips’ on Tinder or wearing a fancy dress nurses outfit and be surprised if men make crude comments?! That says volumes about the whole story.
This coupled with a poncy whiney narration just made me want to scream. If it wasn’t free I would have asked for a refund.
Listening to this is time you’ll never get back, don’t waste it on this badly written badly narrated rubbish.

Glad I fell asleep and didn’t put a timer on. What a waste of time, even when I wasn’t asleep. Narrators tone for different characters was imo poor, at best.
