After listening to a couple of heavy going books I needed something a bit lighter & easy going to listen to & this was it!! Got my attention & interest from the start, was easy to follow with great narration. Made me smile & laugh, whilst sympathising with the characters. Just a lovely listen with likeable characters.

this was an enjoyable story. I reduced the stars on performance only because I didn't like the narrators 'mens' accents. too pompous, sorry. Haha just my opinion. enjoy l.

Love it, the characters and actually how real Gary was portrayed, difficult for listeners of DA/Narcissistic partners but it’s short lived and worth the empowering message that comes through for Izzy and her girls.
