About this listen

This combination of meditation/hypnotherapy has been created to allow ourselves to heal, reduce stress, feel inspired and take a moment from a specific problem. It stemmed from my expertise as a vocal trainer and a therapist and the need to focus on specific areas of life.

It is comprised of a basic meditation, and each day after that has a topping regarding health, relationships, healing, expression and communication, acceptance, the common good, happiness, and so forth.

It is easy to use - all you need to do is press the according day and listen for 5-10 minutes in bed before sleep or before getting up. It takes only three weeks to remap our brains, create new synapses, and weave our new reality.
