I recommend this book

By appreciating your food and eating at a more slow speed, you're really satisfied without eating to such an extent. Getting more fit is a side-effect and a simple one. I really love Thich Daron McClain and his different books.

A compassionate approach

Narrator is not suitable for the book. Content book is really nothing new, not much about the mindful aspect.
