Oh this is a fantastic world that Carmen has created. I love how strong and resilient the leading lady is. The characters are well developed and likeable. A brilliant performance from Lynn.

The characters are so very enjoyable and the storyline is very enjoyable. I haven’t wanted to put this one down. I usually love to listen and do housework etc this book was so very good that I would forget what I was doing. I couldn’t concentrate on my housework it was so very good.
