Great guidance

Food is so important in our lives and yet… can be such a burden if we are not at peace with the way we consume, how much we do and how often. It also hide a lot of our emotions and fears. I loved the guidance of the book… I’m personally someone who needs to understand intellectually before integrating it, and the structure of the book really helps for it. It explains so much of the “why’, and than guide us through hypnosis, which can be such a relief and a great help for all the pressure we put on us. Health - inside and out - is what we need, and the weight will follow. The book offers a great opportunity to work on us, and a compassionate guide for our current situation.

Great resource for first time self-hypnosis people

This was a very interesting and effective book for me. I have never dealt with weight issues until I hit menopause. I have a genetic makeup where I could eat anything I wanted for pretty much all of my life with no consequences. However, menopause hit me like a storm and I have a whole new body (and not one I appreciate as yet…). I have been fighting it for about 10 years now. I enjoy meditation and this was my first introduction to self-hypnosis. I was skeptical but it actually works. I would often listen to it for 20 or 30 minutes while going to bed and it was wonderful. I have lost 12 lbs so far and feel pretty confident that I will be able to keep it off (and hopefully shave several more pounds soon). Recommend

A new perspective on weight loss

I know very little of hypnosis and never think of using that for weight loss. This book is very insightful, and it provides a natural and practical way to lose weight; often we try various diets and methods, but still, it feels like one step ahead and two steps backward. Little did I think of the need to have the right mindset first about good eating habits, how we treat our food, and the choices we make. I like the way the book provides in-depth information about how hypnosis will help. With the guided meditation/hypnosis, you will get the help right away to take action.

Great Approach to Weight Loss

I’ve tried a lot of different weight loss methods: diets, meal plans, meal delivery, etc. But hypnosis? How could this possibly work? Then I found this book. The hypnosis techniques are easy to follow and have helped me shift my mindset around eating and exercise. I am now making healthier choices without feeling deprived. The guided sessions are relaxing and fit easily into my daily routine. I hope to lose all the weight I need to lose and KEEP IT OFF! This book will help me do that. I recommend it to all who are struggling with their weight.
