As an adult recently diagnosed with ADHD, I’ve gone through tons of books, but this one actually clicked. It wasn’t just tips thrown at me it felt like someone understood the daily chaos in my head. I’ve already started using a couple of the time tricks mentioned, and it’s been helping. Some parts I skipped, but overall, it felt really relatable. I wish I found this earlier.
