I found this a really enjoyable audiobook, fairly typical of it's genre. I love listening to Simon Prebble read, he has an excellent way with characterisation and is very easy to listen to.

I am delighted to have found this series! The author has a great gift for creating such delicious stories with amazing plots that keep you hooked from beginning to end.

Each book is a masterful blend of intricate storytelling and compelling characters, making it impossible to put down.

The narrator did a fabulous job in bringing it all alive, adding depth and emotion to every scene.

This series is truly a gem, and I can't wait to dive into the next installment. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an engaging and thoroughly enjoyable reading experience!
