Twists a plenty

That was great. Good writing. If not a bit hard to listen to at times based on the subject matter.

Harrowing

Extremely sad.. brilliantly narrated.. characters well portrayed.. though storyline (as well thought out as it was) was very harrowing…I found it hard to listen to but persevered as it was a good written plot.. don’t want to spoil anymore!!!

So many twists and turns

This book has it all. Incredible story like, gasps out loud as it unravels, sadness, joy, grief, raw human emotion and so many twists and turns. Loved it.

Harrowing but compelling

I found it almost impossible to listen to at times. As an emotional tale it is outstandingly original. As the story unfolds there are clearly some 'holes' that get filled in later on so, if you don't appreciate this type of narrative manipulation, it's something to consider but, overall, it is well worth immersing yourself in. My one quibble is that there was one too many twisty bits at the end!
