About this listen

When Mrs. Harvey’s death turns out to be murder, DCI Kevin Gregg’s attention is drawn to her granddaughter, Ashley, and her boyfriend, Spencer Penrose. As Kevin digs deeper, he finds this isn’t the first murder that Spencer has been linked to.

I just love this series, it has been a while and this has tempted me to go back and listen to the back catalogue to refresh my memory. The premise based on the Dr Quinn is different from normal police procedurals or crime stories that I read/listen to. There were so many suspenseful elements and the narration really added to it. I loved the surprises that came out and they worked so well and how the psychiatry was explained.

Great listen

Loved the narration of Grant Love, who brings the characters, mystery to your ears.

Ten years ago Dr Ethan Quinn is asked by his friend DCI Greggs to do an assessment on fifteen year old Spencer Penrose who is has been accused of murder. Once again Spencer’s name is again in a murder case. Both Quinn and Greggs need to find the murder. This book is full of suspense and will have you guessing.

The narrator really brings these audio books to life. The story line is gripping the only thing that I'm not fond of is the sounds/music played throughout the book, but it doesn't take away how good the overall experience is.

love the narrator voice

Grant Love the narrator is brilliant at bringing Dr Qinn's stories to life including real life sound effects . it has many twists to keep you guessing. can't give much away, but if you enjoy these types of books, you will not be disappointed. A spine-tingling, nail-biting, cant-put-down listen with an ingenious, fast-moving plot. Grant Love gives a superb performance, as always.

A review copy of this book was sent to me by the narrator. All of the above opinions are my own.

Another edge of the seat listen from the pen of Molly Garcia. This 5th books finds Ethan Quinn firstly called in to assess a15 year old boy Spencer who is uncommunicative to say the least. 10 years later Spencer is brought to Quinn's attention once again. What Ethan discovers is horrendous. Lot's of action, Well written with plenty of twists I found this a very addictive listen which was difficult to put down. Grant Love's narration along with the SFX made it top notch. Highly Recommended.
I was kindly given a copy of the book by the narrator and leave this honest review.
