Summary

Greta Lipinski's biological clock is about to run out of batteries. She’s always wanted children, and the fact that she isn’t married isn’t about to stop her. Her track record for dating losers is just further proof that she doesn’t need a man to have a baby. Seeking out the help Dr. Alec Thurston, a renowned New England fertility expert, Greta initiates the fertility process. Alec, the privileged son of wealthy but distant parents, grew up barely knowing the meaning of the word "family". He loves his job, and is happy to help Greta fulfill her dreams, but fatherhood is not for him. Until a lab error throws the unlikely Greta and Alex into a major…oops moment.

story with a happy ending.

What did you like best about Oops!? What did you like least?

good storyline but it was drawn out a bit too long.

Who was your favorite character and why?

both characters were drawn really well so I liked both of them, greta for being a strong woman and sorry for alec because of his childhood which doesn't mean he was a weak man. they were both stubborn.

Did the narration match the pace of the story?

yes. paul boehmer did a really good job of performing the book. he did the female voices well too, not all male narrators can do this.

If this book were a film would you go see it?

only if it was audio described and released on dvd.

Any additional comments?

on the whole an enjoyable book and the ending is worth the wait. a touching moment when father and son finally talked to each other about the past.
