helpful for support partners too
Though I’m not exactly the target audience, supporting my partner with ADHD has been a real learning curve, and this audiobook could’ve made things clearer from the start. I especially appreciated how the tips are simple and realistic, things we can both implement without extra stress. A great guide!
If you have adhd, you need this guide in your personal library! The author does a great job helping ppl with adhd get a handle on organizing not just your physical space but also your digital life as well. Reading about real world scenarios helps, that was my favorite section. I highly recommend!
