Has great tips to help shift joint health
If you want a good overview or to have a foundation for joint health and appreciating some of the variety of things that you can do, then this is your audiobook!! As simple as some of the things seem, if you implemented just a few you might notice a significant difference. Don't discount it and grab hold of the nuggets that are easiest/most approachable for you. Let go of the rest until you're ready. If you don't hear the nuggets, listen for them!!

A great resource for anyone struggling with joint
This book is an informative and practical guide for anyone interested in improve their joint health naturally. Sandy Bravo does a great job of breaking down complex topics into easy-to-understand advice.
The book covers diet and exercise and also recommends lifestylee modifications that can make a real difference. The tips the book provides on inflammation reduction, mobility exercises, and supplements were especially helpful. This book emphasizes long-term habits that lead to lasting relief, which I found very refreshing - highly recommended if you're dealing with stiffness or arthritis or just want to be proactive about joint health.
