I'm really suffering with stress related insomnia right now. I've tried mindfulness, baths before bed, aromatherapy, bedtime routines and even medication. But it is actually this audio that helped me fall asleep last night! wish I had found it weeks ago tbh lol

I have always struggled to sleep for as long as I can remember. This book has been brilliant for me personally. I normally can’t switch my mind off but concentrating on this book helps me a lot. I’m now normally asleep before the end.
