What a journey

As I'm getting slightly older, my focus when is come to training is less about how I look and more about how I feel, keeping fit with a decent range of movement. But wow, I didn't come for the extra tips on food and supplements but I have welcomed them and I feel more motivated than ever. The PDF that comes with the audiobook is also a great addition to be able to revisit the exercises in the future.

All inclusive lifestyle changer

I got my wakeup call on life and wanted to make some changes. This audiobook is just what I was looking for. A complete guide from diet to strength training to pilates. I do already feel better, and I am working my way through the lessons and taking my time. I dont want to overdo and hurt myself. The book is prepared for that and allows you to take it at your own pace. I highly recommend.
