I struggled to find a process which I was comfortable with to learn Farsi as I would usually rely on the children's books ^ comics ^ novellas ^ novels ^ essays route which is unavailable here. This method works very well in comparison to most others in my opinion, I personally tried to do each module twice a day and finished the course fairly quickly.
I look forward to the next modules

For those looking for an audio course this is as good as they get, the Pimsleur series. It won't help you read or write but you will get good pronunciation help and the sound and structure of the language.

I bought this to start giving structure to the few words I understood, given that my partner is Iranian. It is a no nonsense get to work language course that gets straight to business and you start talking. This came as a bit of a surprise to the other dog walkers on those dark winter mornings as I came out of the shadows muttering greetings in farsi, but hey.



It is focussed at an American audience but other than that it does exactly what it says on the tin.

This is a very helpful language course using Pimsleur method which seems much more the way we learnt our native tongue. Especially helpful with Farsi to avoid danger of mispronunciation.
