As a businessman it is vital to keep upping your game, to keep increasing your resilience, self-esteem, assertiveness and confidence. This book gives all of this and more! Dale Greer did an excellent job in crafting gradual affirmations for anyone (whether you are not as familiar with affirmations or regularly use them) to start and pick the ones that fit them best at the stage they are in and gradually improve. He explains it is not about repeating affirmations you don't truly believe in or that do not feel good in your body, it is about understanding where you are, being realistic yet compassionate with yourself, and growing from there.

It also has a fantastic section on performance affirmations for fitness which was a great bonus for me.

Highly recommend!
