Make sure you read the full book first before reading this one. This is well worth getting so you can refresh your memory on how to practice the principles in the original book. I like how the chapters are structured as I can choose a topic I may need help with in a particular moment when I need it. The power of now has changed my life more than anything I have ever read. Buy the original if you haven't read it yet and then get this after and listen to it a few times. We only retain about 10% of what we read/listen to so don't expect life changing results unless you give it a few listens. I intend to re-listen to the entirety of the original book again soon also. Every time I listen to this book I reach a new level of peace and happiness, thank-you Eckhart Tolle for your amazing contribution to this world.

I was truly enthralled by this book, it felt like a guiding light for me, a feeling that the threads of thought that I had swimming around in my brain were woven together in an awe inspiring way. I think even Richard Dawkins would struggle to deny the existence of God and spirituality this book reveals. I’d recommend it wholeheartedly to everyone.
