I work as a part time cattleman. The farmer I work with recommended this book. I got it and have been studying it as I learn the trade. It covers great detail about everyday tasks and subjects. I like the fact that it covers broad handling tips about staying calm and keeping cows calm, and then it handles very detailed info on parasites and diseases and how to treat them. It is a great audiobook!

The book is straight to the point. It started right away with the quick FAQ section which were expanded in the later chapters of the book. The book discussed the type of dairy cattle breed, housing and milking the cows, health of cattle and anything else about the cows -all of which are important before start raising dairy cattle.
