Completely changed my relationship with food!!!!

Wow, this is a really good one. I love listening to this audiobook, it has helped me so much. It has completely transformed my mindset around food and weight loss. The guided meditation and affirmations helped me break unhealthy eating habits and develop a more mindful relationship with food. Hopeful!

The book is laid out in an easy-to-follow manner. I actually listened through and now plan to put the strategies into action. The self-hypnosis is an interesting concept and can’t hurt to try.
