About this listen
Out in the mountains, Zack and his friend, Uta, discover what they think is a large fossilized dinosaur egg. This could make their fortune! Zack takes it home to keep it safe. Only the egg isn't fossilized - it's hatching! And there's an angry mother dinosaur out there, who wants her baby back. Includes a full length fascinating interview with the author, Paul Zindel.

"A fast-paced, action-adventure." (AudioFile)
It was okay. Not bad, but exactly great either.
I think most of that comes down to the narrator. He's not very good, sometimes. His general narration is okay, but whenever he goes into a character's voice or imitating a sound, I have to force myself to continue listening. He gets incredibly grating at times. His accent's kinda strong, too.
I've got another audiobook from the same author. And while it's not his best, it's still quite good. It's just let down a little by the narrator. Like I said, though, he isn't terrible. Just not the best.
