I’ve tried a lot of books on chronic pain, but this one stood out because it focuses on what you can actually do for yourself, without needing another specialist. When I first heard about EFT I wasn't sure what to think, but after acquiring this audiobook I can tell you with confidence that I believe! Using these techniques and actually applying them is definitely something that needs practice and constant reminders (at least for me), but my back pain was significantly lessened.
