Interesting read. I hadn't heard about red light therapy. I shared the book with lots of friends in the hope that it can help them. I thought it was narrated and explained well. I have had a and massager for years with red light and always just used the massager side of it. I have been using the red light on my achilles tendons with the massager and am feeling more relief. I am trying it on my eczema scares and they have softened after a couple treatments. I have white patches from the eczema and they look less but will see how they go. I'm trying it on my stack and hair loss. Will consider buying a bigger light. Well done Mark for bringing alternative to pain and discomfort.
