Effective and Sane Parenting Advice
This is such a useful book! If you’re a parent who’s ever felt like you’re constantly juggling chaos—missing shoes, rushed mornings, sibling fights—this is the guide you didn’t know you needed.
What I liked is that this isn’t about some strict, unrealistic parenting method. It’s filled with practical advice on how to be more effective as a parent.
For example, how to discipline your child without all the yelling and frustration. They show you how to create fair rules that your kids will actually follow because they make sense to them.
I especially loved how they focus on using positive language—after reading, I realized how often I was reacting instead of responding. Changing that has brought so much more calm into our home. And their approach to family routines was really helpful and I can say that our mornings are way less stressful now.
If you’re looking for a way to bring more peace to your home and connect better with your kids, this book is gold. Highly recommend!
