Great human storey of the #merky rise

It was great to discover not only the good but also the struggles the #Merky team faced to get where they’re now.
Love the audio book being performed by the interviewees but the book lacked proper chapters and naming the right people when they talk. All the time I was confused by who was speaking. Please next time make sure you have a disclaimer or a little audio saying who’s talking so not only the credit is given but we know who’s speaking for us to go find more about them later.

There’s so many important lessons in this book, stunningly edited and highlighted in prose. I applaud it. It should be mandatory in education curriculum (and business schools) across the UK and beyond. We learn about leadership, the whole, giving the whole, what it means to strive for excellence, what excellence is, cognitive diversity, collaboration and teamwork, being brave, being humble, being black, being beyond boundaries, listening, learning... So much.
