This Audio book, feels like less of a book and more of a personal conversation. Where Jeff Foster speaks to you personally.

As someone who already knows a lot of the content he speaks about, our inability to escape the now, our relation to all that exist etc

I find this a complete blessing because he is not talking at you, like a lot of audio books do, he is talking to you.

This will be great to come back to every so often, to recalibrate. If needed.
