The narration would have been better if there was a male narrator as well as Arika Rapson, but she did an amazing job with the different voices and feelings.
The story itself was ok. I really liked all the characters and wanted them to get a happy ending. Saying that there isn’t anything unique about the story and one of the maio plots is unresolved, so book 2 and 3 will give us more of that. The main couple was hot 🥵 hot 🔥 hot 🌶 and they got their hea. So I’m guessing the other books will each focus on a different couple, but the main pack issue will be a running theme in all.

I have read and enjoyed books by Milly Taiden before and like her writing style.

This paranormal romance had all the tension, action, humour, and steam I'm looking for.

My only niggle is the narrator. I don't know if Arika Rapson's natural voice is this young, but all the characters sounded like teens. It was also hard to distinguish between the four friends when they were chatting amongst themselves. This pulled me out of the story at times.

Absolutely loved it, the storyline was thrilling, engaging. so much so I started and finished the book in one day. The characters loveable and relatable. Truly wonderful, and the narrator fit perfectly.
