What I liked most about this audiobook was how validating and supportive it felt from start to finish. It doesn't just explain anxious attachment. It helps you feel seen and gives you real tools to start changing old patterns. The parts on calming anxious thoughts and setting boundaries were especially helpful and the tone felt more like a wise, kind, trusted friend than a lecture. It also breaks down why you might feel superclingy or worried all the time. And gives you solid steps to start feeling more secure, not just with your partner, but also with other relationships like friendships, work and with yourself. Definitely worth a listen if you're ready to let go of anxiety and build a secure and caring relationships.
