I have listened to this audio book every day since I bought it and it is already a wonderful companion to me. I take my iPod with me and listen to this book in all kinds of places such as supermarkets, doctors' surgeries, buses, trains, cars, while walking, running and working on my computer. I personally prefer the spoken chapter as I find Louise Hay's voice very kind and reassuring, though the subliminal side also is very relaxing and the music is pleasant. Listening to this book helps me stay calm, happy and positive - it is great. I would recommend this audio book.

A Lovely Experience

I have been listening to this book for the past week, once or twice a day. I am seeing a difference in my attitude to myself and the manner in which I treat other people. I can’t pretend to understand the nature of subliminal messages, but I do know that if someone tells you something enough, you begin to believe it yourself and project that image, which in turn will impact the way people treat you. I read in another book that where the mind goes the man follows, I guess this is following that philosophy. After listening to the book/messages, I find myself in a calm state. Occasionally, I have a headache – which may be the subliminal messages, I don’t know. I would recommend this to anyone who is harbouring negative feelings about their image or validity in this world. It is working for me.

I have always been a huge fan of Louise Hay and have read many of her publications.Listening to Louise has a very soothing to the mind, and her knowledge of how to change your life by feeding your mind with positive affirmations is inspiring.I had hoped that this entire publication would have been dedicated to Louise' s voice instead of the music which can be a little monotonous.I cannot say how the music helps but listening to Louise reading the affirmations has had a very positive results for me.
