A great starting audio as the books have done so well I expected great things especially with such a brilliant narration team in Rebecca and Daniel whom I have listened to quite a few pieces of work.
Was quite surprised how much I remember from the book as it has been a while since I read the first one but the great narration just put me into the Quest Academy easily.
For a first big published series Norden has done a great job in taking this series forward even if Sal is a bit OP for a starter.
Can't really think of any negatives as I know how the series progresses so only a small hint that OP super stardom is balanced as the series progresses for those who might not be as accepting of the authors take.

Fun story.Bit on the YA side,but not bad anyway. Mc teenage whining is irritating,but he is a teenager,fun action,some fun ideas.

Took a chance on this book due to narrator's more than anything. It's not my normal niche. So glad I did though. The story was brilliant and love the characters. I can't wait for the next installment.
