Brutal and beautiful
I absolutely adore the narration of this book. Lots of emotion, and personal growth by the main character. Very moving towards the end.

I struggled with the first few chapters but once the story reality started to be told of the love story of Dirk and sailor was beautiful but sad.

Absolutely incredible listen!
I was so not expecting this book to quite so amazing. It has to be one of the absolute best MC books I’ve ever listened to.
Without spoiling the plot, all I can say is you must listen to this book. It was free with my membership, but IMO it would definitely be worth a credit.
The storyline is fantastic, and didn’t go in the direction I expected. It was enjoyable from start to finish. Definitely not the regular MC style…..it was far better.
The narration was perfect in every aspect.
I absolutely loved it.
Very highly recommended 👍
